Dear Parents/Carers

 

Y6 Graduation Ceremony and Prom – Thursday 20th July

 

We are delighted to invite our Y6 pupils to this year’s Graduation Ceremony and Prom. Children are invited to come in smart dress; prom dresses/suits are optional but not compulsory due to cost.

 

As there is limited space in our school hall, we have allocated two free tickets per Y6 child for the graduation ceremony here at school. We ask that you return the slip below by Friday 14th July so that we can gauge the numbers of family attending.

 

A disco/BBQ will take place in the lower hall after the graduation ceremony.  This will be supervised by teaching staff and our PSA from Little Ridge so, on this occasion, no further support from parents is needed.  Fun photos will be taken during the BBQ/Disco and will be posted on our website and Facebook page.

 

Whilst our PSA are kindly supporting this event and have arranged for the disco to take place, we are asking parents if they could donate £6 towards the cost of the evening.    If you are happy to do so, please send your monies in to the office in an envelope addressed to Mrs Hrabi, PSA Coordinator and marked ‘Graduation/Prom’.

 

Timetable for the evening:

5.30-6.30 Graduation Ceremony School Hall
6.30 - 6.45 Parents can take pictures
7.00 – 8.45 Prom (BBQ/Disco/fun photo shoot)
8.45 Parents collect from the back of the upper hall

 

We are looking forward to an evening of fun and celebrations as we look back over the children’s time at Little Ridge.
