‘Pearls of the Sea’ project at the Jerwood Art Gallery (second visit)
28th February 2017
‘Pearls of the Sea’ project at the Jerwood Art Gallery
As part of the ‘Culture Shift’ project with the Jerwood Gallery, the pupils in Year 4 have been invited to attend a second workshop run by Rosemary Harris, a Hastings based writer, performer and art facilitator.
This will take place on Wednesday 26th April at the Jerwood Gallery. The timetable for the day is as follows:
|9:10||Cardiff leave school by coach|
|9:30 – 11.30||Cardiff’s Gallery session|
|11.35||Cardiff return to Little Ridge for lunch by coach|
|11:45||Early lunch for Chichester at Little Ridge|
|12:05||Chichester leave school by coach|
|12:30 -2:30||Chichester’s Gallery Session|
|2.30||Chichester return to Little Ridge by coach|
Because of the change to the lunch timings it would be best for children to have a packed lunch. Please let the office know if your child in Chichester class is entitled to free school meals and would like a packed lunch provided. Cardiff class will be back in time for a school lunch as usual.
The cost of this visit is free but we are asking for a contribution of £3 to cover the cost of the coach. This is a very exciting opportunity for your child where follow up work will be explored back at school.
