Aspiration Day
Tuesday 01 April
We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Aspiration Day on Tuesday, 1st April!
This day is dedicated to broadening our children's understanding of the vast array of career opportunities available to them. We have an exciting line-up of visitors from various industries who will be delivering interactive sessions to students throughout the school.
To make the day even more special, we are inviting children from EYFS and KS1 to come to school dressed as their dream profession or any occupation they aspire to be in the future. This is a wonderful chance for them to explore different career paths and let their imaginations soar.
Thank you for your continued support in making this day an inspiring and memorable experience for our students.
Kind regards
Mrs K Warren
Y6 Class Teacher/PD Lead

Y1 Trip to Hastings Aquarium
Monday 19 May
To finish our topic, we have arranged for the children to visit Hastings Blue Reef Aquarium, the Seafront and the RNLI lifeboat center on the 19th of May.
During the visit, children will be able to support their reading, literacy and art by gaining inspiration from what they see at the aquarium and beach. On the beach, children will have an opportunity to do some beach combing to find objects to make a ‘Seascape box’ on their return. The trip to the aquarium allows the children to recall what we have learnt over term 3 and 4 about a variety of animals. The opportunity to visit the lifeboat center allows children to apply and retrieve their knowledge of transport from terms 3 and 4.
