We are excited to inform you about an upcoming educational trip to Hastings Contemporary, Rock-a-Nore Rd, Hastings that promises to be both enriching and inspiring for our students. It will be a full school day of exploration and creativity where the children will take part in an Exhibition tour, interactive activities and a creative workshop led by a local artist in the gallery's dedicated learning studio.

Y6 Trip to Alexandra Park

This trip is part of our Geography work on 'Mapping The World' where the children will be completing a guided walk and carrying out some field work related to how well the area is looked after and managed. Children will be collecting data, which they will then analyse when they return to the classroom.

Y5 and Chester Class Trip to White Rock Theatre (Panto)
Monday 15 December
Our Year 5 and Chester class children have been given the opportunity to see a performance of Jack and the Beanstalk at The White Rock Theatre on the 15th December 2025. This visit is an opportunity for the children to experience the wonders of “live theatre” and always provides an exciting time for the children to look forward to sharing together.

Year 6 Trip to The Royal Courts of Justice

Year 6 have been offered a really exciting opportunity to visit the Royal Courts Of Justice in London. This is a great way of raising aspirations for students.
As part of the experience, the children will be taken into real working courtrooms, discuss the court system, roles within the courtroom and they will have the opportunity to enact a mock trial. Students will take on all the roles within the court including judge, clerk, usher, barristers, solicitors, witnesses and jury members.

We have arranged for the children to take part in a WW2 Workshop on the 12th March which will be held within the school, during normal school hours.
Pupils will participate in a range of educational activities and have the chance to explore genuine WWII artifacts. They will discover the true meaning of community spirit and gain a memorable insight into what life was like for people in Britain during World War II, particularly children
